Your digital coworkers work in the systems you already use

No rip-and-replace. No parallel systems. A digital coworker connects to your ERP, your email and your other tools — and works in them, exactly as your team does.

When you set up a digital coworker you decide which systems it may access. It creates no new data silo — it reads from and writes to the systems you already depend on.

An order arrives by email. The coworker creates it in the ERP. A purchase order needs to go out. The coworker looks up the supplier and sends it. Your team does not change how they work — the manual steps simply stop happening.

ERP

Where most of the manual work lives

Read stock balances, create sales orders, register deliveries and look up customer data — without manual entry. This is where most customers start.

Cannot find your ERP?

We build new integrations to order. If your system has an API we can connect to it — usually in days, not weeks.

Communication

Where most flows start

Email is the most common trigger for a digital coworker — an order comes in, a complaint appears, a supplier confirms a delivery.

Microsoft 365 — Outlook / Exchange

Read incoming email, send replies, and create and manage calendar entries. The starting point for most order and purchasing automations.

Available

Microsoft Teams

Notifications and escalations directly in the channel where the team already works.

On request

Slack

Status updates and alerts when something needs a human.

On request

Finance and HR

Invoices, reconciliation and reports

Invoice matching, expense handling, payment status and reporting flows. On the HR side: onboarding flows, absence registration and employee data lookups — there we still prioritise by demand.

Set up once. Scoped per coworker.

When you add an integration you do a one-time setup — usually an OAuth login or an API key. The credentials are stored securely, per account. No other customer can reach them.

You then decide which integrations each digital coworker may use. One that handles order email gets access to the inbox and the ERP. One that answers customer questions only needs to read order status. You control the scope.

Your credentials stay yours.

Every integration is set up and stored per customer. Your system logins, email access and API keys are never shared between accounts and are never used outside the actions your digital coworkers are configured to perform.

All actions go through our job queue — fully logged, auditable and searchable. If something goes wrong you see exactly what the coworker tried to do and what the system replied.
