No system change
Garp stays exactly as it is. No migration, no parallel registers and no retraining of the team.
Integration · ERP

A digital coworker that works directly in Garp — creating sales orders, looking up items and stock levels, placing purchase orders and registering goods receipts. You do not change systems. The manual steps simply stop happening.
Garp is an ERP that many manufacturers and wholesalers have built their operation around over a long time. It works — but much of the daily work inside it is data entry: the same fields, the same checks, the same follow-up, every day.
A digital coworker signs in to Garp like any colleague and performs those steps for you. It does not replace the system and requires no migration. It takes over the manual handling.
Why this integration
Garp stays exactly as it is. No migration, no parallel registers and no retraining of the team.
Many AI tools can only read. A digital coworker creates and updates records in Garp — which is where the time is actually saved.
Every action is logged: what the coworker tried to do, which data it used and what Garp replied.
You decide which parts of Garp the coworker reaches. One handling incoming orders does not need the same access as one doing purchasing.
Capability
These are the flows running today. If you need something not listed here, we build it around your requirement.
Sales orders — creates and updates orders from email, PDF or a portal.
Item data — looks up item numbers, descriptions, prices and units.
Stock levels — checks available stock before an order is confirmed.
Purchase orders — prepares the basis and places orders with the right supplier.
Goods receipts — registers received goods and matches them to the purchase order.
Customer data — retrieves addresses, terms and previous order history.
The flow
This is what typical order handling looks like when a digital coworker runs it.
Comes in
Digital coworker
Reads the document, looks up the customer and items, checks stock — and escalates to a human when something does not add up.

Who notices the difference
An integration is rarely interesting in itself. This is what it actually changes for the people working in Garp every day.
Order desk and inside sales
Orders arriving by email or PDF end up in Garp without anyone typing them. The team moves from data entry to handling the exceptions.
Purchasing and warehouse
The basis is prepared and purchase orders are placed when the need arises, not when someone has a spare moment. Receipts are registered and matched to the order.
Management and IT
Garp stays. IT sets up access once and defines the scope — after that every action is logged and traceable.
Getting started
Setup is a one-off effort. Expect days, not weeks — provided you know which flow you want to start with.
A conversation where you describe the process you handle manually today. We tell you honestly whether it suits a digital coworker, and what it will not handle.
A one-off setup with the permissions the coworker needs — no more than that. Credentials are stored encrypted and per account.
We build the flow against your Garp setup and test it on real cases from your own day-to-day work.
The coworker first runs with you as reviewer. Once you are comfortable, you let it run on its own.
Security
Access to Garp is set up once and stored per customer. Your credentials are never shared between accounts and are never used outside the actions your digital coworkers are configured to perform.
Every action goes through our job queue — fully logged, auditable and searchable. If something goes wrong you can see exactly what the coworker tried to do and what the system replied, so the fault can be fixed rather than guessed at.
You can withdraw access or narrow what an individual coworker may do at any time.
Tell us which flow takes the most time today. We will show you what it looks like with a digital coworker — against your own setup.
