Services

Getting started with AI should not require a leap of faith

Before you automate anything you need to know what is worth automating, whether your systems can handle it, and what the result actually looks like. That is what our services are for.

We are a product company. Digital Coworker is a platform, not a consulting engagement.

But we have learned that the gap between “this sounds interesting” and “this is running in our business” is rarely a technology problem. It is a clarity problem.

Which process do we start with? How does it connect to the ERP? What does the handover to a human look like? Who owns it once it is live?

Our services exist to answer those questions — with you, with your actual processes in front of us. The result is always something concrete: a decision made, a process mapped, a configured coworker that runs.

What we offer

Four services — each with a concrete end result

AI readiness session

Half a day with your management team. No slides about the future of AI — instead a structured review of where automation creates real value in your specific business.

  • A short list of processes ranked by effort against value
  • A clear recommendation on where to start
  • Enough understanding to make an informed decision

Half day · On site or remote · Digital Coworker or a certified partner

Process study

A deeper look at one specific process. Before anything is built we document how it works today, where the data comes from, which systems are involved and what the automated version looks like.

  • A written process specification
  • Confirmation of which integrations are required
  • A realistic estimate for implementation

1–3 days · Digital Coworker or a certified partner

Implementation workshop

A hands-on session where the digital coworker is configured and connected — together with your team. By the end of the day it is handling real test cases.

  • A working digital coworker, configured for your process
  • Your team trained to run and adjust it
  • A short handover document

1–2 days · Preferably on site · Digital Coworker or a certified partner

Executive seminar — AI without the hype

2–3 hours for boards and management teams that need a grounded picture of AI — what it can do, what it cannot, and how to judge what you are being told.

  • A shared, realistic picture across the whole management team
  • A framework for assessing AI claims and vendors
  • The confidence to decide without having to become experts

2–3 hours · On site or remote · Digital Coworker

How the services relate to the product

The services are the on-ramp, not the destination.

Every service is designed to end in something real. Not a report in a drawer. Not a roadmap without a next step. Not a workshop that creates enthusiasm and then nothing.

The readiness session ends in a clear recommendation. The process study ends in a specification. The implementation workshop ends in a coworker that runs.

After that you run it yourselves — in the platform, with your team. We do not build in dependency. That is not the model.

Some things we always do — and some we do not

We will

  • Tell you honestly if a process is not a good candidate right now
  • Give you a fixed scope and a clear deliverable before any session starts
  • Make sure your team understands what was built and how it is run
  • Recommend starting small, even when the ambition is larger

We will not

  • Sell a six-month programme when a two-day workshop does the job
  • Build in dependency so you have to keep paying for support
  • Demo things we have not run in production
  • Use the word “transformation” without being able to say exactly what changes

Partners

Delivered by people who have done it before.

Most of our services are delivered through a network of certified partners — independent consultants and companies who know the platform, have delivered real implementations, and understand the industries our customers operate in.

Why partners? Because the people best placed to sit with your team and map your order handling are often the same people who already know your industry. A partner who understands logistics, manufacturing or distribution brings context we cannot replicate from the outside.

Every certified partner is trained on the platform and has delivered at least one real implementation. They work by the same principles we do: concrete results, no unnecessary complexity, no drawn-out projects.

Not sure which service fits?

Tell us where you are. We will say honestly what is reasonable — whether that is a short call, a readiness session, or going straight to implementation.
