How digital coworkers create value every day

A digital coworker is not a chatbot. It is a colleague with a specific job — and it does that job every day, without being asked. Several of them together form a digital team: a digital workforce that grows as you do.

Captures and interprets

Reads email, PDFs, files and system data — and interprets the content with high accuracy.

Processes and acts

Works inside your existing systems and performs tasks that otherwise take time and focus from the team.

Ensures quality

Built-in checks and logic ensure quality, traceability and compliance.

Delivers results

You get updated processes, better decision support and more time for what drives the business.

Real work — not impressive demos

This is what gets automated first

The processes below have one thing in common: they are manual, repetitive and easy to measure.

Today

A customer emails an order. Someone reads it, types the lines into the ERP and sends a confirmation. Every order. Every day.

With a digital coworker

The email arrives, the order lines are extracted, a sales order is created in the ERP and the confirmation goes out — automatically. If something looks unusual it is flagged for a human.

5–15 minutes saved per order

None of this is glamorous. But every one of these processes costs you hours of manual work — every day.

How it works

Set it up once. Then it runs.

  1. 1

    Give it a role

Describe what it should do, in plain language. “Handle incoming orders from email and create sales orders in the ERP.” No code.

  2. 2

    Connect it to your systems

Choose which systems it can access — email, ERP, warehouse system. You do not have to replace anything.

  3. 3

    Set the rules

Decide what happens automatically and what is escalated to a human. You keep control.

Seamlessly integrated

Works in your systems. Creates value immediately.

Our digital coworkers integrate with your existing systems and tools. No rip-and-replace — just smart automation that strengthens what you already have.

Customer story

Vara Säljservice hired Nora — a digital coworker in purchasing

Nora monitors stock levels, sends purchase orders and follows up deliveries every day — integrated with a legacy ERP most “modern” AI solutions cannot reach.

The best part is that it just runs. I do not need to check that Nora is doing her job. She is.

Built for operations, not demos

The difference between a demo and something that actually works

What demos show

  • One person, one computer, 60 impressive seconds
  • Vague answers about logins and permissions
  • “We will connect your ERP later”
  • Nobody who knows what happened when something failed

What we built

  • Security — every customer’s credentials and access are fully separated, every action is logged
  • Reliability — the system retries on failure and escalates when it cannot be resolved
  • Existing systems — no new ERP, no parallel flows
  • Scales with you — one digital coworker or an entire digital workforce, the same platform

You do not need an AI strategy to get started

The companies that get the most out of a digital workforce did not start with a big rollout. They started with one process.

Pick the most manual, most repetitive thing your team does. The task that should have been automated but never made it to the top of the list. Set up a digital coworker for exactly that. Watch it work. Measure the hours.

Then decide whether you want another one.

FAQ

Questions about digital coworkers

What is a digital coworker?

A digital coworker is a software agent with a defined work role, its own permissions to your systems, and a rulebook for what it does itself and what it escalates. Unlike a chatbot it does not just answer — it completes the task end to end and logs what it did.

What is the difference from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions. A digital coworker does the work: it reads the email, creates the sales order in the ERP and sends the confirmation.

Do we have to replace our ERP?

No. The integration runs against the system you already use, including legacy ERPs without modern APIs. No rip-and-replace and no parallel flows.

Which processes get automated first?

The most manual and the easiest to measure: order handling, purchasing, goods receipt, customer questions, supplier invoices and quotations.

What happens when something looks wrong?

The case stops and is flagged for a human rather than guessed at. On technical failures the system retries, and escalates when it cannot be resolved.

How do we get started?

With one process, not a big rollout. One digital coworker is set up for a single task, the result is measured, and only then are more roles added.
