A digital coworker for e-conomic

A digital coworker that works directly in e-conomic — registering and updating customer and supplier invoices, entering sales orders and pulling reports when you need them. You do not change systems. The manual steps simply stop happening.

e-conomic is Visma's Danish accounting system, used by tens of thousands of Nordic companies. It handles the bookkeeping well — but the road to the bookkeeping is still manual. Invoices have to be read and registered, orders have to be entered, and someone has to go find the numbers when management asks.

A digital coworker performs those steps for you, directly in e-conomic. No new platform for the finance team to learn and no export-import between systems.

Why this integration

What you get out of it

No system change

e-conomic stays exactly as it is. No migration, no parallel registers and no retraining of the finance team.

Reads and writes

Many AI tools can only read. A digital coworker registers and updates records in e-conomic — which is where the time is actually saved.

Reports when you ask

Ask for a figure in Teams or by email and have it pulled straight from e-conomic, instead of someone having to sit down and produce it.

A full audit trail

Every action is logged: what the coworker did, what it based the entry on and what e-conomic replied.

Capability

What it does in e-conomic

If you need something not listed here, we build it around your requirement.

Supplier invoices — reads incoming invoices and registers them with the right details.

Customer invoices — creates and updates invoice records.

Sales orders — registers orders arriving by email or PDF.

Customer and supplier registers — creates entries and keeps the details current.

Reports — retrieves financial status on request, via Teams or email.

Reconciliation — matches entries and flags anything that deviates to a human.

Who notices the difference

What it means for different parts of the business

An integration is rarely interesting in itself. This is what it actually changes for the people working with e-conomic every day.

Finance

Less entry, more review

Invoices are registered without manual handling. The team moves from keying in data to reviewing what actually deviates.

Management

Numbers without having to ask someone

Request a report in Teams and have it pulled straight from e-conomic — without it becoming a task for the finance team.

IT and data

No new platform to maintain

The connection is set up once with secure authentication. IT defines the scope and can withdraw it at any time.

Getting started

How you connect it

Setup is a one-off effort. Expect days, not weeks — provided you know which flow you want to start with.

  1. We walk through the flow

A conversation where you describe what you handle manually today. We tell you honestly whether it suits a digital coworker, and what it will not handle.

  2. You connect e-conomic

You sign in to e-conomic and approve the connection. Permissions are limited to what the coworker needs.

  3. You choose the workflow

You decide which processes the coworker handles. We configure and test it on real cases from your own day-to-day work.

  4. You approve before it goes live

The coworker first runs with you as reviewer. Once you are comfortable, you let it run on its own.

Security

Access, logging and accountability

The connection to e-conomic is set up once and stored per customer. Your credentials are never shared between accounts and are never used outside the actions your digital coworkers are configured to perform.

Every action goes through our job queue — fully logged, auditable and searchable. If something goes wrong you can see exactly what the coworker tried to do and what the system replied, so the fault can be fixed rather than guessed at.

You can withdraw access or narrow what an individual coworker may do at any time.
