No system change
Visma.net stays exactly as it is. No migration, no parallel registers and no retraining of the team.
Integration · ERP

A digital coworker that works directly in Visma.net — reading items and stock balances, creating sales orders, placing purchases and registering deliveries. You do not change systems. The manual steps simply stop happening.
Visma.net is the cloud member of the Visma family and, unlike the installed systems, it has open APIs from the outset. That makes connecting a technical formality — the hard part lies elsewhere.
The hard part is deciding what the coworker should actually do: which orders may be created automatically, which purchases require approval and what must always reach a human. That is where we spend the time.
This integration runs in production today. If you have a flow you want to start with, we set it up against your account — there is nothing to wait for.
Why this integration
Visma.net stays exactly as it is. No migration, no parallel registers and no retraining of the team.
Open cloud APIs mean setup moves fast. You grant access, we build the flow — nothing needs installing on your side.
The coworker creates and updates records in Visma.net — it does not just read data out. That is where the time is actually saved.
Every action is logged: what the coworker tried to do, which data it used and what the system replied.
Capability
These are the flows running today. If you need something not listed here, we start from your requirement instead.
Sales orders — creates and updates orders from email, PDF or an enquiry.
Item and customer data — looks up items, prices, agreements and customer details.
Stock balances — reads available stock and answers what is on the shelf.
Purchase orders — prepares the basis and places orders with the right supplier according to your rules.
Deliveries — registers inbound and outbound deliveries and matches them to the order.
Invoice basis — prepares the paperwork so invoicing does not stall on a detail.
The flow
This is what a typical flow looks like when a digital coworker runs it.
Comes in
Digital coworker
Interprets the input, looks up items and terms, creates the record according to your rules — and escalates to a human when something does not add up.
Lands in Visma.net
Who notices the difference
An integration is rarely interesting in itself. This is what it actually changes for the people working in Visma.net every day.
Order desk and customer service
Enquiries are answered and orders registered continuously instead of waiting for someone to get a quiet moment.
Purchasing and warehouse
Needs are caught as they arise and deliveries are registered straight away, so the stock figure holds up when someone asks.
Management and IT
Visma.net stays. IT sets up access once and defines the scope — after that every action is logged and traceable.
Getting started
Setup is a one-off effort. Expect days, not weeks — provided you know which flow you want to start with.
A conversation where you describe how the work is handled manually today, which rules apply and where it tends to go wrong. We tell you honestly what the coworker will not handle.
A one-off setup against your account, with the permissions the coworker needs — no more than that. Credentials are stored encrypted and per account.
We build the flow against your setup and your rules, and test it on real cases from your own day-to-day work.
The coworker first runs with you as reviewer — you see every record before it is written. Once you are comfortable, you let it run on its own.
Security
Access to Visma.net is set up once and stored per customer. Your credentials are never shared between accounts and are never used outside the actions your digital coworkers are configured to perform.
Every action goes through our job queue — fully logged, auditable and searchable. If something goes wrong you can see exactly what the coworker tried to do and what the system replied, so the fault can be fixed rather than guessed at.
You set the limits: what may be created automatically, which amounts go through without approval and what must always be reviewed by a human.
Tell us which flow takes the most time at your company today. We will show you what it looks like with a digital coworker — against your own setup.
