A digital coworker for Visma eEkonomi

A digital coworker that works directly in Visma eEkonomi — interpreting supplier invoices, registering customer invoices, looking up customers and items and preparing the records for the books. You do not change systems. The manual steps simply stop happening.

Visma eEkonomi is built to be simple, and it is. The problem is rarely the system — it is the volume of paperwork that has to go into it. Supplier invoices as PDFs, order data in email, figures that have to be reconciled against what was actually delivered.

A digital coworker takes the recurring steps: reads the invoice, matches it to the right supplier and account, registers the record and flags whatever does not add up. You see the result in eEkonomi exactly as usual.

The hard part is rarely the technology. The hard part is deciding what the coworker should actually do — which invoices may be registered without review, which amounts require approval and what must always reach a human. That is where we spend the time.

Why this integration

What you get out of it

Invoices without typing

The document is read, interpreted and registered. Nobody sits copying amounts, dates and account codes out of a PDF.

Control before it hits the books

You set the amount limits and which deviations stop the flow. What does not add up goes to a human instead of into the accounts.

Quick to connect

A cloud API means setup moves fast. You grant access, we build the flow — nothing needs installing on your side.

A full audit trail

Every action is logged: what the coworker tried to do, which data it used and what eEkonomi replied.

Capability

What it does in Visma eEkonomi

These are the flows running today. If you need something that is not listed, we build it around your needs.

Supplier invoices — interprets the PDF, matches the supplier and registers the invoice.

Customer invoices — creates and updates invoices from orders or other input.

Customer and supplier records — looks up details and keeps them current.

Items and prices — fetches the right item and price so the lines come out correct.

Reconciliation — compares input against registered records and flags what deviates.

Reporting data — pulls figures out of eEkonomi when someone needs a summary.

Who notices the difference

What it means for different parts of the business

An integration is rarely interesting in itself. This is what it actually changes for the people working in eEkonomi every day.

Finance

No more transcribing

Invoices are registered continuously instead of in a pile during the last week of the month — and the time goes to looking at what actually deviates.

Management

Figures ready in time

When records are registered continuously the numbers add up when someone asks, instead of after an afternoon of searching.

IT and the owner

No new platform to maintain

eEkonomi stays where it is. Access is set up once and you decide the scope — after that every action is logged and traceable.

Getting started

How you connect it

Setup is a one-off effort. Expect days, not weeks — provided you know which flow you want to start with.

  1. We walk through the flow

A conversation where you describe how the work is done manually today, which rules apply and where it tends to go wrong. We are honest about what the coworker will not handle.

  2. You grant access to eEkonomi

A one-time setup against your account, with the permissions the coworker needs — no more. Credentials are stored encrypted and per account.

  3. We configure the coworker

We build the flow against your rules and chart of accounts, and test it on real invoices from your own everyday work.

  4. You approve before it goes live

The coworker first runs with you as the reviewer — you see every record before it is written. Once you are comfortable, you let it run fully.

Security

Access, logging and responsibility

Access to Visma eEkonomi is set up once and stored per customer. Your credentials are never shared between accounts and never used outside the actions your digital coworkers are configured to perform.

Every action goes through our job queue — fully logged, auditable and searchable. If something goes wrong you see exactly what the coworker tried to do and what the system replied, so the error can be fixed rather than guessed at.

You set the limits: which invoices may be registered automatically, which amounts pass without approval and what must always be reviewed by a human.
