A digital coworker for Business Central

A digital coworker that works directly in Dynamics 365 Business Central — looking up items and stock balances, creating sales orders, placing purchases and registering deliveries. You do not change systems. The manual steps simply stop happening.

Business Central is rarely on its own. The order arrives in an Outlook email, the confirmation sits as a PDF in SharePoint and the delivery question is asked in Teams. The system keeps the numbers in order — but someone has to move the data there.

Because Business Central and Microsoft 365 belong together, a digital coworker can cover the whole distance: read the email, interpret the attachment, look up the item and register the record. You get one flow instead of five rounds of copy and paste.

The hard part is rarely the technology. The hard part is deciding what the coworker should actually do — which orders may be created automatically, which purchases require approval and what must always reach a human. That is where we spend the time.

Why this integration

What you get out of it

Connected to Microsoft 365

Outlook, Teams and SharePoint are already connected with us. The coworker can pick up the input where it actually sits and carry it all the way into Business Central.

Standard APIs

We connect through Microsoft’s own interfaces. No customisation has to be built inside Business Central and nothing breaks at the next update.

Reads and writes

It creates and updates records in Business Central — it does not just read data out. That is where the time is actually saved.

A full audit trail

Every action is logged: what the coworker tried to do, which data it used and what Business Central replied.

Capability

What it does in Business Central

These are the flows running today. If you need something that is not listed, we build it around your needs.

Sales orders — creates and updates orders from email, PDF or an enquiry.

Item and customer data — looks up items, prices, agreements and customer details.

Stock balances — reads available stock and answers what is in house.

Purchase orders — prepares the basis and places orders with the right supplier according to your rules.

Deliveries — registers inbound and outbound deliveries and matches them against the order.

Invoice data — prepares the basis so invoicing does not stall on a detail.

Who notices the difference

What it means for different parts of the business

An integration is rarely interesting in itself. This is what it actually changes for the people working in Business Central every day.

Orders and customer service

No more copy and paste

Data is no longer moved by hand between the inbox and the system. Orders are registered continuously and answers go out the same day.

Purchasing and stock

Fewer surprises

Needs are caught as they arise and deliveries are registered immediately, so stock is accurate when someone asks.

Management and IT

Inside your existing environment

Business Central stays where it is. IT sets up access once and decides the scope — after that every action is logged and traceable.

Getting started

How you connect it

Setup is a one-off effort. Expect days, not weeks — provided you know which flow you want to start with.

  1. We walk through the flow

A conversation where you describe how the work is done manually today, which rules apply and where it tends to go wrong. We are honest about what the coworker will not handle.

  2. You grant access to Business Central

A one-time setup against your environment, with the permissions the coworker needs — no more. Credentials are stored encrypted and per account.

  3. We configure the coworker

We build the flow against your setup and your rules, and test it on real cases from your own everyday work.

  4. You approve before it goes live

The coworker first runs with you as the reviewer — you see every record before it is written. Once you are comfortable, you let it run fully.

Security

Access, logging and responsibility

Access to Business Central is set up once and stored per customer. Your credentials are never shared between accounts and never used outside the actions your digital coworkers are configured to perform.

Every action goes through our job queue — fully logged, auditable and searchable. If something goes wrong you see exactly what the coworker tried to do and what the system replied, so the error can be fixed rather than guessed at.

You set the limits: what may be created automatically, which amounts pass without approval and what must always be reviewed by a human.
